PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The team maintains close communication with clients and all relevant departments throughout every step: from project initiation and detailed planning phases to actual implementation, parallel monitoring, and optimization of specific product tools and systems, and ultimately concluding the project followed by series launches. Overall, this ensures smooth process operations. APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) technology is utilized for tool/process development and control plan generation. Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is developed using customer requirements, process, and product experience/knowledge. The required gauges and measurement techniques are also developed at this time.
