Description:
We specialize in the manufacturing of custom metal stamping components—including clips, fasteners, and brackets—engineered with exceptional accuracy and performance in mind. Using advanced high-speed progressive die stamping, along with precision blanking, bending, and piercing techniques, we work with premium materials such as carbon steel and 301/304 stainless steel to meet demanding industry standards.
Our comprehensive, end-to-end service covers every stage of production—from custom tool development and rapid prototyping to high-volume manufacturing and detailed secondary processing. Surface treatments such as electropolishing, chemical passivation, and plating are expertly applied to enhance corrosion resistance and extend product lifespan. We also offer final assembly and kitting to streamline your supply chain.
Whether you’re sourcing robust stainless-steel clips, high-strength steel fasteners, or tailored automotive mounting brackets, our vertically integrated approach ensures consistent quality, fast turnaround, and reliable OEM support—every step of the way.

Production Process:
- Precision Tooling Design & Fabrication
Develop CAD-based progressive die sets with ±0.005″ tolerance for multi-stage stamping (blanking, forming, piercing) using tool steel (D2/DC53 grades).
- High-Speed Stamping Operations
Feed coiled metal stock (e.g., stainless 304/316, SPCC) through servo presses (50-400 ton) at 60-150 SPM, achieving burr-free edges (<0.001″ edge radius) and dimensional consistency (±0.002″ positional accuracy).
- Stress Relief Annealing (Optional)
Perform batch annealing in hydrogen/N₂ atmosphere furnaces (300-500°C) for cold-worked parts to restore ductility and prevent micro-cracking.
- Chemical Passivation Treatment
Immerse parts in nitric/citric acid baths (20-50°C, pH 1.5-3.0) to remove free iron contaminants, followed by DI water rinsing and chromate-free passivation to enhance Cr/Fe oxide layer formation (per ASTM A967/QQ-P-35C).
- Surface Finishing
Apply secondary coatings (zinc plating, powder coating) or mechanical finishes (vibratory deburring, electropolishing) as specified for corrosion resistance or aesthetic requirements.
- Quality Validation
Conduct salt spray testing (ASTM B117, 72+ hours), CMM dimensional verification, and torque/shear force testing (SAE/USCAR standards) for automotive/aerospace compliance.
- Custom Packaging
Implement anti-corrosion VCI packaging with laser-marked lot tracing and RFID-enabled bins for JIT delivery to assembly lines.
Benefits of Our Metal Clips:
- Anti-Fatigue Performance
Designed to withstand repetitive stress without cracking or deformation, ensuring long-term durability in demanding applications.
- High Elasticity
Engineered for excellent flexibility and recovery, allowing for reliable performance under dynamic load conditions.
- Corrosion Resistance
Enhanced through chemical passivation, offering superior protection against oxidation and harsh environmental exposure.
- Precision Fit & Stability
Custom stamped for exact tolerances, ensuring secure fastening, consistent performance, and easy integration into complex assemblies.
