PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Overall, this ensures smooth process operations. APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) technology is utilized for tool/process development and control plan generation. Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is developed using customer requirements, process, and product experience/knowledge. The required gauges and measurement techniques are also developed at this time.
