OPTIMIZATION PROCESS
The driving factor behind outsourcing metal stamping for components is, of course, cost savings. Typically, outsourcing this process is significantly cheaper than internal manufacturing, thanks to our assembly. These savings are achieved by reducing labor costs, indirect maintenance costs, disruptions, and redundant costs. Purchasing all these individual parts requires several hours for the purchasing department or material handling, and once all the parts arrive (which may not arrive simultaneously), you must have a place to store them. Once the parts are stored, staff must ensure that all the correct parts arrive at the production line at the right time.
Another reason manufacturers should outsource metal stamping processes is expertise and time. OEMs or Tier 1 manufacturers may not have enough trained workers to manufacture every component of their finished products. Hiring workers skilled in stamping, machining, and assembly is challenging. Ensuring there is enough work to keep them busy long-term is another challenge.

COMBI CONNECTORS
We specialize in seamlessly producing multi-part plug connectors, which are highly intricate components made in a single manufacturing process. With our custom tooling, we efficiently meet client-specific requirements and offer various connector variations, including bent or folded male/female curled contacts or integrated springs. For example, we seamlessly incorporate bronze inner conductors into stainless steel casings and selectively galvanize stamped strips typically ranging from 0.1mm to 0.4mm thick. Our production line includes in-mold laser welding, process-integrated laser marking, and 100% camera inspection. By combining different materials and surface treatments, we achieve exceptional performance and durability in our composite connectors that are ideal for a wide range of customer applications.
HIGH-CURRENT / HIGH-VOLTAGE CONTACT
Our high-voltage contacts are tailor-made for applications requiring robust current transmission, ensuring safety and stability even in demanding environments. With substantial material cross-sections of up to 5mm, they are ideal for automotive, e-mobility, and renewable energy applications. Our connectors boast heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and reliability in extreme conditions. Whether it's male connectors with protective caps or female connectors with integrated high-performance alloy lamellas, we deliver precision and quality across the board. Utilizing step-milled strips with selective precious metal electroplating, we meet diverse customer specifications while adhering to resource-efficient manufacturing processes. Our streamlined production, from precise plastic cap mounting to laser welding and marking, is supported by 100% in-line camera monitoring, ensuring consistent excellence throughout.
ROUND CONTACT
Our electrical contacts are versatile, used for battery charging and signal transmission. They offer excellent shielding, high current capacity, and temperature resistance at a lower cost compared to alternatives. We produce round contacts in straight or angled designs, even in extremely small dimensions. Our streamlined production includes selective silver plating, dielectric feed, and eco-friendly packaging. Laser welding and marking, along with thorough camera inspection, ensure quality. We prioritize automation, technical surface advice, and flexibility in connection methods like crimping and soldering.
SPRING CONTACT
Our spring contacts serve as SMD assembly contact elements, crafted from selectively galvanized strips with standard sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 0.4mm. After undergoing rigorous 100% in-line camera monitoring, the products are internally packaged for subsequent tape & reel processing.
